You almost cannot, CANNOT, find a horror or thriller type of thing, without at least a bit of VAGUELY RELIGIOUS THEMES INVOLVED- HECK IT COULD EVEN BE THE MAIN PREMISE-

Don’t mess with fanartists, not like anybody is, but they have the terrifying ability to make anything look appealing, even something that’s either meant to be simple or even terrifying. They were able to yassify Bill Cipher for petes sake, hold up I need to make my own example
