Gideon is a doctor who was captured by guerrillas in Venezuela and experimented on by a scientist. When Gideon escaped and discovered his powers, he returned to Sojourn City to fight crime as the Seraph.

@TheQuiver_ It’s actually a banger in that comic panel. My first introduction to this suit was Injustice and I did NOT vibe with it there at all. But yeah, it’s pretty cool in the comic now that I see it!
