Christian Bale turned down every comic book role he was offered after The Dark Knight Rises because he found the genre uninteresting. Yet Taika’s pitch for Love and Thunder/Gorr persuaded him and they still chose to cut a ton of his scariest scenes.
Just finished watching The Boys: Diabolical with @nightwaynes! I’m mad it took me so long to watch! I loved it! The anthology style animated series was a smart move! Especially since most of the episodes seemed to be canon to the show. I hope they make a season 2!
A reminder that another Batman movie in the Tomorrowverse is in production with Jensen Ackles reprising his role!
Wally West as The Flash >
The first Flash I was introduced to as well as having my favorite comics of the character
Indie comics are my everything right now. I’m glad they’re becoming more mainstream but we’re not completely there yet.
The first issue of Moon Knight: Black, White, and Blood was pretty good. I didn’t love the art from the first story but the concept was really cool. The second story felt like an episode of Ultimate Spider-Man (in a mostly good way). The third story was the best honestly.
Moon Knight and Loki are amazing shows and I’ll always love them.
I understand the criticism and distaste for Moon Knight so I get that, but I really don’t see the issues with Loki. The gripes with that show confuse me.
If you’re ever wondering who the best horror icon is, just remember who beat Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Darkman, Dracula, and Marvel Zombies!!! #EvilDead #EvilDeadTheGame @GroovyBruce
