52 years ago today in 1967, the expansion North Stars played their first NHL preseason game in team history, a 3-1 victory over the Oakland Seals, at a game played at the newly opened McMorran Sports Arena in Port Huron, Michigan. The lone Seals goal was scored by J.P. Parise
