I'm enjoying how the Sword & Shield Gym Leaders feel thematically consistent. Their uniforms of course are all built for the type of character they are, but they each have consistent design features (chest logo, numbers on left leg etc)

Man really went from "I'll have her home by 8, sir" to "Your daughter calls me daddy now" in 5 years

Gen 5 to me had a load of pretty forgettable Pokémon but they POPPED OFF on the Bug types. This was when Bug became my favourite type overall.
