Good examples of weeb toons that do this. They don't need to use the bottom sphere as a jaw though, since their mouths are just slapped on top of the face.
The Suicide Shop a 2012 French animated film. It has a cool aesthetic. I also think it may become a film to predict a new buisness venture.
