Honestly I think some cell shading, brighter colors & other 3d modeling stuff that I don't understand could legit make it look like a 3d model of this.

@EpicFunnyName I don't know much about Monkey Island, but I do know that Steve Purcell had a lot of say in terms of visuals & his stuff compared to the quirky modern look is like night & day.
