The only other 2 that I can really think of that 'are violent for the sake of carnage' to a unreasonable degree is Ben (Possessed) and Eskimo, since thats how she was programmed.
@DopeLenny I think its because out of the 3, Metal Sonic was very simple while at the same time menacing looking. Him being known to keep up with Sonic in a race certainly is memorable even to people who haven't played CD.
Knowing me it would still look like Bloodrush but without the tentacles and instead bone armor like every other mutant has.
I wish Naoto Oshima had still been a character designer for the series honestly. Because his characters for Balan Wonderworld would be right at home next to the designs for humans we got in Unleashed by Gurihiro Studios
