I could of used Dan or Toshi for this question too since they're close to normal, but Dan growing up under intense gravity gave her a strength advantage and Toshi is a high elf. Ya' said humans. lol

Ben probably could attempt at a metal for swimming and track/field. hes good at those for sure.

There is other wildlife on Haihen, but its all again aquatic. Its how the planet even has clean enough air to breathe.

Plus a few aquatic plants made it easier to keep Dan's body decay ailment at bay before she was rescued and given proper treatment. She did lose an eye sadly.
