On the fly headcanon: When two sack people love each other very much, they go into Create Mode for awhile and 9 months later, an Introduction level is made with a special little spawn gate that pops out a Stitchling.

My headcanon now is since there was a Scarlett costume from LBP2, then Scarlet from Sackboy A Big Adventure is just that same sackperson only older and Veteran'd.
