Played @ncasenmare’s Adventures with Anxiety. It’s funny, charming, & weirdly comforting. I never thought I needed this today after I felt overwhelmed by my anxiety. If my anxiety was an animal, it’ll be a vulture. Constantly perch on my shoulders and make everything feel heavy.
