It's been a long time coming, but here's Donnie and Daphne's dad! :D His name's Dave! Dave Seymour. He's a pretty chill n jolly guy who loves his kids very much, and cracks a dad joke at every given opportunity.

Maybe someday Abby will realise Donnie and Daphne are siblings..
