It just recently hit me that out of all the Disney animated films Lilo and Stitch feels the most real. The situations feel real, the conversations feel real, and the characters especially feel real.

The only unrealistic things are the aliens running around with laser guns.

Surprisingly despite being so different from the original games, SatAM used to be treated like part of the game's canon in Western media. To the point where in the US manual for Sonic CD, Amy was referred to as Princess Sally (Did they honestly think people would fall for that?).
