BodyNoise is especially interesting because it uses a filter to create noise, then a radial gradient inside of a mask to fade that noise in around the bottom curve of Frosty's snowballs.
the scarf tail bounces up and down in the wind - you can see that the `y` position of the control points and the end point are randomly generated, but the `x` points are fixed - this keeps the scarf a consistent length, but allows it to have a different shape each time
