Pleasant Ridge: The railroad crossing on Ridge Ave near Mapleleaf is closing intermittently 9 to 3 today for brief periods. Flaggers on site as crews work to improve the crossing. Rumble strips also have been installed to alert motorists to slow down as they cross the tracks.

Columbia Pkwy Update: The WB curb lane b/w Tusculum & Beechmont will be closed daily 9 AM - 4 PM starting Monday, Nov. 11, for 6 - 8 weeks. The single-lane closure is needed for crews reconstructing stormwater inlets to eliminate flooding in this sharp curve along the parkway.
