I think that style's currently best summed up by Yuya Takahashi and his work on Dragon Ball Super. It's an awesome amalgamation and refinement of all my favourite Dragon Ball Z animation styles. Hits me right in the nostalgia and hypes me up!

The wife wasn't too happy with it so I redrew the hair and face. Must admit, she had a point, it looks better now.

Sketch a day, day 2. This one's much more finished than yesterday's Building an arcade cabinet and am doing drawings of the family to print onto the sides of it. The wife was the last one to do so I tackled that today.

Is it a #hadoken? A #kamehameha? No, it's... wait, it's not Superman either. Planning an #arcade build in the new year and working on some #artwork of me, the wife, and the kids to go on it. Needed a lot of reference for the hands and still not 100% sure I got them right...
