This one is Mogara, Yuuko's arch nemesis! Her race is Taiganjin or Taigan, it's similar to the saiyans but they are related with wild cats like tigers and leopards. To have a quick summary Yuuko was responsible for create her own villain and now, Mogara wants revenge against her.
