Finished Goggles. Next is adding a bunch of shadows and deleting the sketch later- and sorta blending the character to the background. Multiply and overlay layers are also used. Then background details to makeit more like water and things and dONE

Face part now bUT IN DETAIL. Legit- same concept. Lock a layer. Add some shading and lighting. Blur a bit and then unlock- detailing with bush tool on low opacity
