Friday was a day of uplifting colourful art 🌈😃🌈
First off @kehindewileyart at @NationalGallery , then #HeatherPhillipson on the 4th plinth outside, and finally the lovely private view of @renatopinoart Kisses of Colour @GreatArt_UK - all fabulous 😃

Details from my abstract #resin artworks which use old 12” vinyl records as canvases, so it’s #upcycling as well as art. I love round canvases - the fluidity of a circle compared to the rigid sides of a square frame. Maybe there’s a deep-rooted psychological reason for this 😃

It was interesting to use the #resin colours to create the illusion of the contouring of the pumpkin shape. Pigments that give this effect all from @resin8uk 🧡💕💙💕🧡
