random oc drop

initial design based off concept art. My original idea was to have Batsu become a drop out and actually persue fighting like Ryu.
But I thought last minute (like 90% done) having him working on becoming a teacher would be closer to his character as well as a fun little joke.

Ive loved Street Fighter my whole life, starting with 2 like most 90s kids.❤️
As well as spending too much time finding and making comparisons to 22 year old fighting game stages, I also draw SF and other cool game stuff. ✏️
