Oh, to think I started this canvas *almost* two years ago, some time in April or May of 2020. (You can see how much everyone helped improve the rocky structures!)
It feels so good to finally see it in the game! ^ v ^
Since y'all liked the video, why not a full view? ^ v ^
And I can't take all the credit! @TreyaZerros helped with coloring, @troopsushi did the temple, water effects, and rocky structures over the river. @benjistring also helped and composed the lovely Dragon Valley arrangement!
An update on Spade's palette! I had to fix some missing colors, and also realized, wouldn't it be wonderful if you could change the color of his flash jumps, too? ^ v ^
Now you can with your palette suggestions!
Another thing I forgot to add to the changelog, whoops!
I've been expanding the city tile set, as well! o v o There's 20+ new scenery pieces to use, and I'm working on another loop and city-specific hazards!
I can't wait to show you what cars can do in the next big update! ^ v^
Also, whoops! Decided to edit #5's shading around the horns a bit after posting ; ^ ;
Currently playing with ideas for a future update! ^ v ^
I wanted to show how Lilac's appearance could change between the events of FP1 and FP2, by mixing her FP1 alpha outfit with her FP2 hairstyle!
This evolution goes from left to right; currently leaning towards #4 myself!
What new content is coming for Shang Mu Architect? Story mode may be a while away, but plans for immediate future updates include:
1) Shang Mu Mountains stage theme - WIP
2) Tile set for City West
3) Day Time City Theme
4) New mini-bosses
5) Enemy variants, like the RNA Cannon!
If anyone's wondering how Shang Mu Architect is doing: Lots of invisible work is being done to polish the technical aspects of the fan game, and it's going well! Because of that, I haven't had much to show.
But, we are close to a private release candidate testing phase! ^ v ^
After Shang Mu Architect 1.0 releases, what if Milla got a midquel-esque outfit, inspired by TysonTan's winter coat design for Milla? ^ v ^
@bennascar2 Now that you mention it, yeah, that's too bright to be readable. Does this look better?
