Autumn is a time when the fae are closer as the veils begin to thin. I was enchanted by the Flower Fairies when I was little and would leave out little acorn cups for them to use. Leave offerings for the fae folk at dusk and they might bless you 🧚‍♀️

Today is the feast day of Stella Maris. She is Lady, Star of the Sea - an ancient title for Mary. I am a witch, but I work in a Catholic school and every week we go to Mass in the Lady, Star of the Sea church. Thus I have a soft spot for her 🌊

September 14th - Witch, Please!

Autumn is here, the leaves are turning and there is a chill in the air. Now is the time to honour Sif - Norse Goddess of autumn. Her hair is the colour of golden wheat and yellow autumn leaves. Bake bread to welcome Her into your life 🍞

April 23rd - Witch, Please!

St George's Day. Today is celebrated in England as the day that George slew the dragon. However, we magical folk may wish to celebrate the dragon instead. Be fierce, be powerful, be fiery. Do not compromise. Channel your own dragon spirit. Roar!

February 24th - Witch, Please.

A protection prayer for Ukraine. Carve 'peace' into a white candle (or blue and yellow candles for the Ukraine flag). Light it. Visualise protective light streaming towards Ukraine and surrounding it. Imagine the light enlightening world leaders.

Tonight is my Priestess initiation ceremony - I have finished the second year of the Mount Shasta Priestess training and my sisters and I finally graduate tonight. I am excited... and nervous! Wish me luck 🌟
