So the Flash movie prequel comic has confirmed Top, Girder, and Tar Pit exist and have fought the Flash before the events of his movie

It’s an undeniable fact that the person whose has the most impact on the character is George Perez. His work with Wonder Woman, writing and art, is some of, if not, the best done with the character and I very much recommend reading it all

Of course we can’t talk about Wonder Woman without highlighting Gail Simone’s run on the character in 2006. Definitely somethings that’s impacted the character to this day
