Evolution of WebTV/MSN TV's home page from 1996 to 2001. This didn't run Windows CE unlike MSN TV 2, but Microsoft bought WebTV in 1997 and eventually Microsoft-ified it.

The MSN TV 2 was released in 2004, as a Windows CE-based successor to MSN TV/WebTV devices. I honestly dig its aesthetic, feels rather close to some elements of Longhorn at the time.
