My agent 4 is Bell and she's the one with the wavy hairstyle and the one in the anglerfish mask is her only younger sibling.
I'll add more about Bell's Background and her becoming an agent.

The spunky coconut octopus ventures outside at night secretly to scavenge for any materials or metals in junkyards to recycle or sell to. Due to the extreme sunlight, she has to put cooling pads to avoid fainting a lot.
