A far happier tale involves the Mermaid of Zennor in #Cornwall. Dressed as an elegant lady, she visited Zennor church, where she became entranced by chorister Matthew Trewhella's fine singing voice. Revealing her secret, she invited Matthew to join her in a life beneath the waves
