This weeks #MutantMonday is Elizabeth “Betsy” Braddock also known as Psylocke. Betsy made her debut in Captain Britain #8 in 1976. She posses mutant telepathic and telekinetic abilities. Betsy is also able to construct weapons using psychic energy and is an expert martial artist.
Nia DaCosta, director of ‘THE MARVELS’, has stated that during her initial talks with Marvel Studios she pitched a “Storm and Scott Summers team up movie!”

This week’s #MutantMonday is Jean Grey! Debuting in Uncanny X-Men #1 in 1963, Jean possesses the Omega Level mutant ability of telepathy, as well as the mutant ability of telekinesis. As the Phoenix she also displays energy projection, matter manipulation, and immortality.
