Can you tell that I spent 90% of the effort in this drawing on the head?

It's not perfect, but it's better than my usual stuff. This one's sort of up to interpretation; is Lex pregnant? Inflated? Genderbent? Stuffed with food? Stuffed with prey??

I dunno. Big belly, big boobs, that's what's important.
