@MoonlessShift @IndirectUltima I mean I guess but also it would make no sense for cell to use anything but his strongest form to fight an opponent of equal strength, plus I’ve only used BK twice in PC3. In my last fight Cell used the blades of chaos which is new and my editing for BK is better than ever imo.
