CONFIRMED ON STREAM:
Karrie and AVATAR will be the first two characters of #XV2LegionExpansion: Phase Three.

No further announcements will be made on character placements until after Phase One's complete release.

ICYMI: Legion Expansion's PHASE TWO begins with the promiscuous Majin pyromaniac: Tanshi (voiced by Mike Collins), and the prophesied Saiyan demigod: Comber (voiced by Riverdude Covers).

These characters will include:
- new movesets
- original skills
- unique voice lines

Kotaru (Holy State) will receive some patches to his skills before being released. We also encountered a problem implementing his voice, but it was just recently solved.

He could potentially release in August, around the time of DBS: Super Hero's worldwide release.
