Nah you're not being difficult, you're stress-testing the theory. The thing that sealed it for me was twin studies, ALL mutant twins possess identical AND compatible, additive powers (they even share phenotypes).

"Background of the panel" moment! I love when you see people who seem to be related and have the same x-gene expression. I'd love to see mutant Punnet squares, as some siblings seem to have similar powers (Summers) while others vary hugely (Guthries). which powers are DOM vs REC?
