If so, then this figure may be the "lowly Hell Priest" Deag Grav - the one who caused the Betrayer to, well, betray - and the other two figures often seen with him may be his cabal who aided him in cursing the Wraiths.

A spirit clad in armor similar to the Slayer's/Marauder's with a marking also similar to theirs. The decor seems to convey he was formerly a Sentinel, and his similarity to the Marauder may mean the "corrupted" Marauder was formerly one himself as many speculated.
