Twilight! I really liked the idea of her being named after both of her Grandmothers (Twilight and Princess Sparkle) I'd probably reimagine Tux n Tails to be a unicorn in this scenario

Applejack! I thought Pear Butter looked very similar to Auntie Orange so I like to image they are sisters! Auntie Orange is a little older than Pear I'd imagine. Their mother is Citrus Sweetheart (this might change idk)
