Artstyle Favorite #6: I really like it when artists give their 2D drawings a thick outline. It helps their characters to stand out more from their background.

Artstyle Favorite #4: I really like it when artists outline their characters with rapid pen strokes or splotches of ink. It gives them this kind of dirty feel, a feeling that makes them look imposing or "badass" in a way.

Artstyle Favorite 3: Really like the old video game art designs from the 90's. It's just this weird, faded look and the nice, light colors that make them nostalgic and beautiful at the same time.

Artstyle Favorite #2: ABSOLUTELY love me some sharp, angular designs. The jagged lines help to catch your eye with their dynamic angles and pointy corners in a way basic curves by themselves just can't.

Artstyle Favorite #1: I love it when artists make the lower jaw slightly bigger than normal for their character designs. Usually reserved for meatheads with not a lot of brains, but a lot of muscle, this perfectly shows those two aspects in a nice, simple, and cartoonish way.
