Partner 8 is just the mariachi guys from SS and i think color splash. Theyre just funny and i want them to be my friends. Slight redesign on them but nothing crazy.

Partner 7 is Mrs. Mowz/Jr. Troopa. You but heads with him a lot and you can miss his recruit altogether. Also he's accidentally a TTYD reference. I have yet to decide if he's bandy andy on a bad day or maybe his more rotten kid
