Does anyone have any tips on drawing giant shoujo-eyes?

Eyes like these have always given me trouble- it's hard to make the gaze look right, the shapes are hard to keep natural at 3/4 angles, etc.

Anyone have some tips to share?

Anyone remember that ancient Tumblr Ask Blog I used to run called "Ask Maid Iris"?

I'm thinking about how I could make a one-shot comic based on it. Working title: "My Mistress is a Mob Boss"

Frankly, the villains were also incredibly well-styled. I'm very partial to Sailor Iron Mouse's "chibi mafia" disguise in particular.

There's so many for me, it's really hard to pick just a few- I love Usagi's chunky turtleneck/skirt combos, and Rei always has bold choices like her unforgettable bubblegum overalls and the dress pants/tie... and there's my baby goth daughter Hotaru...
