I'll have more notes soon, but this is anatomy practice on how to draw legs. I often have issues spacing out limbs on the canvas, as well as having the mental memory of how to form the legs. The middle section at the top is simplified so I can remember.

So a little secret to studying anatomy (especially if you like drawing women) is to study Gravure and Swimsuit models.

Picking out pictures with good amounts of shadows and lighting produce particular details on their body structure.
