Konpeitou's creation was caused by my own loneliness. Being that I am often to myself, and do not really get out or speak to others often. Drawing her basically filled that gap and kept me happy working on my art.

She has gone through multiple iterations.

Gem Hunter was supposed to be a more lighthearted and comical story, but I realized later that this kind of story didnt suit my artistic DNA.

Especially after making Zero, But thats another topic. TLDR she is the main reason for the major Tone Shift of the story.
