The saga where part timers become full timers, questions start getting answered and dreams start coming true. In a world that's been turned upside down by the events happening all over the place, we're going to be right at the center of it all.
This is it! For the first time in over a decade, we have no idea where we're going next. It will be completely unknown territory with plenty of opportunities for adventure and chaos. While simultaneously also potentially being the first official chapter of the final saga.
@NOTFlJl One of my favorite spreads of all time 😭 Kubo is absolutely insane for doing a fully colored chapter for such a big reveal that would end up becoming one of the most iconic scenes in the entire series.
One of the only issues of Jump I had to hunt down and own 😂
This is my favorite panel of the chapter 😭 it’s been rent free, every arc ending has something unique to it and I love how this one made it feel the final scene of a sitcom where the cast comes out and says goodbye. I’m gonna really miss these characters
#OnePiece1057
They brought out the entire best of classic one piece soundtracks collection for a phenomenal filler episode 😭 THIS WAS INCREDIBLE! A great mix of nostalgia and overwhelming hype for Film Red with the introduction of this new mystery. I NEED IT!
#ONEPIECE1030
It’s a chapter that showcases that one’s actions and intentions even if they are good are capable of saving one person and causing the downfall of another. That people’s feelings are so simple, yet complex. Masks that can be worn just as easily as they can be shattered.
This chapter serves as an emotional backbone to the events that happen in the Arrancar Saga. So many moments hit as hard as they do because of the thread that connects back to this.
Yet, it doesn't stop there. The consequences of this chapter contain the catalysts towards the next 2-3 years of storytelling. The beginning of Ichigo’s resolve to overcome his inner hollow and the moment where Orihime’s inner conflict begins to catapult itself to the forefront.
It's a chapter so nostalgic for fans of the early material. Almost like another death and the strawberry.
For Rukia to show up and save Ichigo right after Ichigo saved her in Soul Society is one of my favorite reintroductions to a character. I’m weak towards the concept of someone’s presence being enough to free someone of the pain that they feel.
