@A_Elizabeth29 If they rlly consider THAT the culmination of her arc when she states time and time again her goal was to protect him (which is both physical and mental). Like death wouldve been less humiliating than this???
To illustrate this point even further, heres Ichigo when Chd's reitatsu fades, still continues on with the mission vs when Rukıa's fades, he willingly abandons the mission (the girl theyre saving is literally right behind that door Ulqui is infront)
The way Rukia being the person Ichigo wants to protect the most shouldn't even be questioned, like Rukia had to scold him for being too overprotective of her and only then does Ichigo relunctantly relent (n: splitting would result to finding O and rescuing her faster) https://t.co/7q2moPNdel
And bringing up Rukıa just makes it even sadder tbh, not only does she have immense faith in Ichgo, her bond with him will never break, she's the one who gives his shinigami powers back, she was the one who jumped infront of the blade first before Rruka decided to do it
@A_Elizabeth29 And it kills me, it kils me how much it was emphasized that Ichigo belonged to their world just as much, IF NOT MORE, than he did in the living world, where he could create change and have comrades that don't abandon him
@A_Elizabeth29 its the way that it was the Gotei 13, despite the flaws in SS, that CHOSE to put their faith in Ichigo, and chose to fight by his side even when many had doubts, and because of him they confronted the faults they have. He truly is one of their own
