done! but this is just my method. I think there are the ways which suit you better. Or you'll find your own way.

then, I added color and light with pencil brush. I chaged the line color partially, then colored the eyes.
lastly, I brightened the upper half of the hair and part of the body. then, I put on a colored multiplication layer on the image. and signed.
