For the spicy sauce, it's called MaLaXiangGuoDiLiao(麻辣香锅底料), it's a Sichuan style spicy sauce you can find it in any Asian market that basically can be used for everything.

I finally finished my second recipe comic : Chinese Spicy Crab with rice cake (香辣蟹脚年糕)。
Also, please don't kill the crab by yourself... it's not a pleasant experience at all.
