shows u my 2 characters. Little guy has drive & basic social skills to move things forwards- the big one absolutely doesnt, Physically Achieves Plans but has a pesky Strong Moral Compass (tm). They either wreck shop together or crash and burn no inbetween. Its fun.

8 frame walk cycle, I used Animate to block out the movement & then took it into Photoshop to draw the frames.
