Lilia’s VA Midorikawa Hikaru has been voicing characters in iconic anime and games since 1988.

Midorikawa's performance in Gundam Wing inspired the VA of Lilia's adopted son, Silver, to join the VA industry. The two have collaborated on multiple projects including Twst.

"Leech is English for ヒル. This word also refers to people who prey on others.

Jade does mean ヒスイ, but put together with Floyd and their names are reminiscent of Flotsam and Jetsam from the Little Mermaid."

Savana is for Savannah, and claw means 爪.

It’s a name that is reminiscent of the sharp-clawed animals of the savannah.

The name overflows with wildness."

He mentions family rarely, referencing his mother during the Halloween event.

Rook tells a story from his childhood when, at six years old, he became lost in the jungles of Sunset Savanna and had to survive for a month on his own.

“I could watch Leona all day and never tire of it.”

“You have ample athletic ability and your physique would add extra flair to your dancing. Not to mention your wonderful, resounding voice.”

Unlike most other characters Rook is vocally disliked by many of the other students. Jade, Ruggie, Floyd and Malleus all express their distrust of him in their own ways.
Malleus physically threatens him with a shotput across the nose when he senses that Rook is threatening Lilia.

The only time we have seen Jade rebuke Floyd with any severity was in Book 3, after realizing the danger that Azul was in from Leona.

In a homescreen line, Jade describes Azul as being easily misunderstood by those around him.

Floyd says in a homescreen line for his Beanfest card that when he first joined the basketball club he was told that his “passes were too strong” as he had trouble controlling their force, so this may be a problem for him in more than one area.

We learn that Floyd has earned his various abilities through sheer determination to become capable of doing whatever it is he wants.
