Olivia Tessa (aka Ollie) was Frank's childhood friend. Having worked under the same mentor, they were always together. Ollie was always the shy one who hid behind her scarf, while Frank was the outgoing one. I wonder what she's doing now . . .

Phil was another one of Jerry Nova's original partners who formed Nova Industries w/him. His main contribution was making the 1st version of the Gel Pad (the device Bulbs use to transmit ideas to people's minds) though he never got credit for it.
