this month is where the game flood begins for me. mario strikers tomorrow, ninja turtles next week, then three hopes soon after. and then next month i have gunvolt 3 and xenoblade 3, it's gonna be wild and expensive T_T

25. stranger things 4 vol. 1

stranger things is good again! cinematography is a1 as always but solid writing backs it up again - love the horror elements too. still a few too many characters and some plot lines are lame but i haven't been this invested since season 1

yup it sure is alex kidd again. don't like the original, and this is basically the same game but with brushed up visuals. infinite lives and tighter controls as an accessibility option (??) are nice, but it's still alex kidd at its core. so it's bad.

hey gamers i just finished watching she-ra a little bit ago and i LOVED it. the focus on complex characters made me stick around and things became legitimately engaging around season 3 to the point where i was obsessed. a bit of a slow burn, but sooooo worth it

@renegademaster5 i'm not saying there's an rpg that puts a high focus on player skill and mastery of the mechanics. i'm NOT saying there's one with a cast so good they carry an already great story. i'm NOT saying there's one with puzzles as challenging as they are enjoyable. but hypothetically...
