@DMeme37 Kharatt achieved it, when fighting to protect the Earth, from an alien invader. Issue being, he didn't want the form, and exerted himself, trying to hold it in, which lead to issues down the line. He's always been uncomfortable about his saiyan half, so he never wanted the form.

@Xeneza Sure thing, let's go with Rada, my saiyan Queen. She's a pretty nice lady, who despises combat, but her appearance tends to give the opposite impression.
