The progression of Duo Heroes in FE went from family members and siblings to regular ships to gay rights until we've finally arrived at crackships.

I don't talk about her much but for the Record Sonya is bar none my favourite character design in fire emblem and they have yet to top her, doubt they will ever knock it this far out of the park with a character design again tbh.

This is honestly quite the interesting image to behold, knowing what I know now.
