We got in touch, I sent my portfolio, and soon after I got my first professional coloring gig. And would you believe it, with lineart by the guy who's artwork got me into the comics in the first place all those years ago? @jongraywb. (10/?)

Participating in Sonic zines, posting my own original webcomic online (with humans?!?), posting fanart on Twitter, and always learning from those I admired was some of the most fun I was having during a very difficult time in my life. (7/?)

Through criticism and studying their work, I tried to learn how to make comics and made a chapter of a SA2 fancomic (2015).

Then, @Stiv2k asked me to join @SonictheComicUK, where I learned how to work with a team. This was A LOT of fun. The whole crew was amazing 💜 (6/?)

Fast forward to 2011 and I posted my first digital art on Deviantart. Over the next few years I took as much criticism and inspiration as I could get from artists like @jongraywb, @yardleyart, @tyson_hesse, @SpiritSonic, @MattHerms, @Jens_Drawings, @Vincredible_23, and more (5/?)

I don't really have any new #Sonic30th art to post, but I did ink 36 pages (over @virtanderson's beautiful pencils) and color 60 pages from IDW's Sonic the Hedgehog 30th Anniversary Special that comes out TODAY! 💜
