I fixed her headdress, I forgot about the Z axis which was what was causing the misaligning problemo.

her head can move in 4 directions but her damned headdress doesnt want to comply

Well it took some rework but I have got the eyes working correctly this time I think.. until I break it again.

Getting there, I am starting to understand how deformers & parameters work but boy is it painful to get working.
